Villa Santimone is built on a hill called Madonna del Carmine, in a total tranquility and private position, with an amazing panoramic view to the Alburni Mountains and the Sele Plain. From the scenic view to the sea, when the sky is clear, it is possible to catch the most characteristic sights of the coast. Owned by the Santimone’s since the 80s, the villa has been recently renovated to meet all the needs of those who choose to stay in a private villa. A detached mansion surrounded by greenery when you can breathe the charm and authenticity of southern Italy thanks to the presence of numerous olive trees that characterize the garden.
The modern and functional furnishings allow you to spend a comfortable stay, feeling like home. The equipped gazebo in the garden with barbecue, the private outdoor swimming pool and the living area of the house are ideal for relaxing after enjoying a day at the beach or having a trip to one of the many destinations that the area offers: Paestum, Velia, Amalfi, Ravello , Sorrento, San Marco di Castellabate ecc…
Indoors the mansion is composed of: a large living room furnished with comfortable sofas and LCD TV; a kitchen equipped with dishes and a beautiful fireplace for the colder seasons; a master bedroom with a private bathroom; a bedroom with external bathroom and a triple bedroom, perfect for families with children, provided with a large external bathroom.
All the common areas are covered by Wi-Fi and it is possible to use the washing machine and beach towels provided. Outside, the mansion has a beautiful garden with English lawn and hedges and a wooden gazebo, a furnished terrace and a private swimming pool, a perfect solution for relaxing in the hottest days of summer as an alternative to the nearby beach of Marina of Eboli. The property has a private parking area. The holiday home has a total of 7/8 beds. The Villa guarantees a stay in total safety and in total respect of Covid-19 regulations in all its structure. The spaces and tools of the Villa are carefully sanitized, before and after the journey, to ensure the guests’ health and safety.
